i want to clone 1.6kb insert into eGFP vector i did it so many times bt still when i did the colony pcr i didnt get anything i really dnt kne where is the problem becoz i did double digestion n i also got the result so dnt knw where is the problem please let me know ..i would really appriciated if anybody help me
