question about serine protease

Pending answer Credit reward to answer the question: 0 - Time remaining before closing the question: 94day1min34sec
As we know, serine proteases are a family of proteins which can disrupt the peptide chain of macromolecule protein , and also in a given kind of tissue or cell there may be several kinds of serine proteases. How to check the total serine protease activities in a cultured cell sample irrespective of specific kind of serine protease, especially in keratinocytes ?  I'm urgent with this question.
Thanks in advance
