probe/primer mix + mstr mix

Is it at all deterimental to combine the 5x probe/primer mix and the 2x qPCR master mix beforehand and save it in the freezer before running a qPCR later? (both mixes are previously stored in the freezer and are typically combined on the bench before the running of a qPCR)
