i am running SDS-PAGE,after the current is passed, it leaves yellow markings behind the dye and some streaking horizontally,which is clearly visible before staining.secondary metabolites might be the possible cause. i have also added PVPP during extraction,still i am facing this problem . please help me by suggesting some possible solution
