General question:
Is it possible to estimate the size of a supercoiled plasmid using the alphaquant 1 DNA ladder? I don't think it is, because the alphaquant 1 DNA ladder is designed for linear conformations. Is this correct? I would have to use a specialized supercoiled DNA ladder
