Bis-Tris vs. Tris HCl minigels

What is the difference, if any, between Tris-HCl gels and Bis-Tris gels? I used to use Bis-Tris gels from Invitrogen and now I am using Tris-HCl gels from BioRad. I am getting few bands though the percentage is the same.
