Slimy pellet in Ecoli batch

We are getting slimy cell pellets after centrifugation after 4 hours onwards post induction. Lysis efficiency increased from 70 to 90%.
No unusual observation in physical parameters.
OD rises till end.
In some cased contamination of other gram negative culture were observed but not sure that is due to sampling or plating or culture contamination.
Culture is induced with IPTG. Culture is BL21DE3 with plyss gene.
Could it be phage? If yes how to confirm?
