Hi
I work with Enterococcus faecalis and I am trying to find a way of increasing the transformation efficiency. Does anyone have a protocol where the transformation efficiency for this but is at least 10^7 or better?
My second question is colony pcr. Since this bug is Gram +, colony PCR can be a bit tricky? Does anyone have a protocol that works for them?
Thanks for any help that can be offered!
