Orders to be shipped within the United States and Canada can be placed 24/7 through web site, by toll free phone or fax. For all customers outside of United States and Canada please contact us prior to placing the order. There is no minimum order quantity required for all customer. Orders placed before 12:30 pm for on stocked items are usually shipped the same day. We accept ruturn within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact us by email or phone prior to returning the item to obtain an return number. Customer will be responsible for shipment costs. We do not accept returns of reagents that have been opened. If you would like to try our products prior to placing an order, please contact us by email, phone, or fax to request a trial sample. We prefer to send samples with your own FedEx or UPS account number.

You will be informed by email shortly after you place the order. When your order is processed and picked up for shipping, you will receive another shipment email with FedEx express tracking number. After the product has been delivered you will receive an invoice notice by email and/or mail. You can logon to your account to check your order status, or use the FedEx tracking number to track the delivery status of your order.
