Genomic DNA Purification.

This system is designed to isolate genomic DNA from animal tissue, cultured animal cell lines, plant tissue, cultured plant cell lines, blood and other body fluids.  
　

1) Animal Tissues, and Cultured Cell Lines 
This kit provides a rapid and easy method for isolating genomic DNA for downstream applications such PCR screening, RFLP and Southern analysis. There’s no need for Phenol/Chloroform extractions and Ethanol/Isopropanol precipitation.

2) Whole Blood Genomic DNA 

The EZgene^TM blood gDNA kit provides an easy method for isolating genomic DNA from fresh, frozen or anticoagulated whole blood. This method is also suitable for isolating genomic DNA from buffy coat, plasma serum and Buccal Swab. The purified DNA is ready for downstream applications such as PCR, Southern blotting and RFLP.

3) Plant Tissue  
This kit is designed for rapid and reliable isolation of high-quality DNA from a wide variety of plant tissues and species. Up to 300 mg dry tissue (1 g wet tissue) can be processed in less than 60 minutes. The purified DNA is ready for RFLP, PCR screening, Southern analysis, and other downstream applications.

4) Mullusc, arthropodsarthropods, and worms 
This kit is developed for isolation genomic DNA from tissue samples rich in mucopolysaccharides.

5) Blood Viral DNA

This kit is designed to isolate viral RNA/DNA from whole blood, plasma, serum and cell culture supernatants.  The kit has been tested for isolating hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and HIV from blood.  This kit can be used to quantitatively purify viral RNA/DNA even when the viral copy number is as low as 100 copies / mL.
