Plasmid Purification
EZgene(TM) Plasmid Purification kit buffer system allows for DNA to be bound to the matrix while unwanted proteins and other contaminates were removed. Nucleic acids are easily eluted with de-ionized water or TE buffer. The OD260/280 ratio of purified DNA is normally within 1.75-1.85. Endotoxin extremly low: < 0.1 EU/ug plasmid DNA (with Endoclean Buffer or Buffer RET treamtment)
