Plasmid Megaprep
This patented plasmid megaprep technology can purify milligrams of high quality DNA within an hour. The purified DNA is ready for downstream applications such as transfection, RFLP, DNA amplification, and automated sequencing.
No centrifugation in the entire procedure. Megaprep3/6: 3-6 mg of high copy plasmid DNA can be purified from 1000 mL culture in 60 minutes.
Megaprep12: up to 12 mg of high copy plasmid DNA can purify from 2,000 mL culture in 60 minutes.
Endofree Mega prep: Endotoxin < 0.2 EU / µg DNA.
The endofree Mega kits are especially suitable for DNA vaccination and gene therapy applications.
