Retrovirus purification
ViraTrapTM retrovirus purification kit can be completed in 60 minutes while the traditional CsCl ultracentrifugation takes 24 hours. The Kit provides 5 columns for 10 preparations and each preparation can produce up to 1 x 1012 VPs. The purified virus can be used for infection of the cell and animal experiments.
