Protocol from Alpha MED Sciences Co., Ltd. Methods of organotypic slice cultures of brain tissue were originally developed in the roller tube (1) and on the semi-permeable membrane (2, 3) and applied sucessfully on the non-permeable multielectrode probe (4).
