This is a downloadable general radioimmunoassay RIA assay protocol in pdf format. It details procedure for radioimmunoassay on plasma and tissue extracts. (Phoenix pharmaceutical)

The protocol is designed to measure a specific peptide and its related peptide by a competitive radioimmuno assay. It is intended for in vitro protocols only. The antiserum used for this assay was raised against a synthetic form of the peptide. The amino acid sequence of this peptide is depicted in the accompanying data sheet.
