Aggregating protein

I have a problem. I am purifying arylamine n-acetyltransferase and
the prep is fine until the protein is being concentrated. Around 5 mg/ml the
protein seems to aggregate and fall out of solution. Does anybody know any
cunning methods to stop proteins falling out of solution when being
concentrated? ... ...

I am facing a problem of protein aggregation in 7% PAGE, Can you tell me how should I solve it.

I am having difficulty running a time course treatment of my cells. I have an assay of 14 samples that must be treated with the same medication but on 10 min intervals. When it comes to harvest the samples for protein isolation, the samples worked on last get a longer treatment due to time consuming efforts of this protocol. How can I precipitate the proteins before harvesting cells for protein isolation???
