I am working on "In vitro culture and Extraction of secondary metabolites from medicinal plants like Stevia rebaudiana and Catharanthus roseus". Right now I got Callus formation and need to proceed further for suspension culture, falsks, medias, safetey precautions, cultural conditions etc.

i just started working in suspension cultures while i have an exp.in adherent culture;so i want basic information regarding suspension cell cultures like flasks used, medias, safetey precautions, cultural conditions etc.
