Protocol for preparation of coverslips for better cell adhesion during cell culture. This coverslip cleaning and coating protocol includes:

1. Preparing Acid Washed Glass Cover slips
2.
Preparation of Squeaky-Clean Coverslips
3. Preparation of poly-lysine coated coverslips

This coverslip protocol is from the Salmon Lab, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

To whome it may concern
I found some procedures of acid washing of cover slips but they time wasting and I think it may be done in a simpler way. Do you know a good protocol of acid washing of coverslips and would tou please send it to me.
