By Andrew Young on 19-Feb-2008 AUTOTET will do this for codominant markers assuming the species is an autotetraploid. Calulates normal diversity statistics under assumptions of maximum chromosomal and also maximun chromatid segregation. It was published a couple of years ago in The Journal of Heredity Computer Notes and is available from Peter Thrall at the CSIRO in Australia.
