AUTOTET will do this for codominant markers assuming the species is an autotetraploid. Calulates normal diversity statistics under assumptions of maximum chromosomal and also maximun chromatid segregation. It was published a couple of years ago in The Journal of Heredity Computer Notes and is available from Peter Thrall at the CSIRO in Australia. Email : peter.thrall@csiro.au
