Whe i use the TRI reagent,i copuld not get DNA and protein, but i can get good quality RNA. I wish if i could get either DNA or protein, or both of them in adition to getting only RNA, that will save both of the time and samples. Because we are using tumor tissues from animal.In this case it can save 2/3 of our limited samples. |
