Dear Sir
I am doing Primer extension Dnase1 Footprinting. I get clear ladder of DNA in the lanes without the cell extract. However, in the lanes, with extracts i just smeary lanes. I have tried with different extracts already. Could you please give some suggestion

Hello Sir,
I'm getting some problems regarding the foot printing assay. I have used same amount of radiolebelled probe in each reaction mixture but I am not getting same band intensity in each lane. This is a DNA precipitation problems or DNase I digestion problem. Could you please help me out.
