By rema amry on 24-Mar-2008 I carried out beta casein isolation from skim milk, by using ammonium sulfate. however, after injecting my sample with the RE-HPLC the peake appear to be very small comparing with the puire standard of beta casein peak. So I like to know how could I have I puire isolated beta casein by using Ammonium sulafte, and what kind of techniqueis I could use ferther to purified my sample thanks rema Rating: n/a Reply

	By Silvina on 18-Jan-2008 I usually use 12%trichloroacetic acid to precipitate meat protein samples. I know that in the supernatant remains amino acids and some little peptides. I need to know which is the size (approximately) of these peptides.In other words, I would to know the TCA cutt off for peptides if it is used as protein precipitant. Thank you in advance!
