I need details about immunostaining of parrafin sections of breast tissue with p63 antibody Rating: Excellent!

I am standardizing IHC and FAT method for Mareks disease, However positive control (MD affected tissue with negative serum) taking brown colouration/ fluorescence. However, control (SPF section) showing negative stain. Guidse me also sene me IHC and FAT protol.

how long can the paraffin block be restained on p53 protein by immunohistochemical staining method without alteration of extent and intensity of colour development after preparation of paraffin block? Rating: n/a

can you please suggest, why the the entire tissue is not staining only part of the tissue is staining during immunosatining with parffin sections. I use antigen retrival method.
