my 2D experiments for Zebrafish protein is not working......Infact i guess its the rehydration step of IPG strip thats not working. What can possibly be wrong....? |

I am running a 12.5% homogenous SDSPAGE. 12 gels were being cast each time using the Bio_Rad Protean Plus Multi Casting Chamber. The same recipe is being used during each manual gel casting and same chemicals were being used ach time. However, the gel gradient is not often reproducible I would appreciate if you could give an explanation or how to avoid this phenomenon. |

i proceed plasma protein proteomics and i have very sharp spots regarding the high abundant proteins and it is going overdeveloped during the development of low abundant proteins?????? |
