By ajay saini on 10-Jun-2008 sir/madam i have just join the lab for my m.sc training in punjab univ. chandigarh. my work is on proteomics . so, i have to perform 2D . I do not the protpcol following in my lab as i am new . but the step in this experiment involves very carefull dissolution of urea in triton and water. this step is very irritrating because after half an hour dissolution a small carelessness can cause formation of thiourea .so v have to perform whole experiment again. is there any short cut method or handling techneque which is helpfull Rating: Fair Reply
