i want to detect the Human IgG under reducing conditions. if i use Fc gamma specific labbeled antibody it is detecting only heavy chain.

can i use F(ab) specific antibody to detect both heavy and light chains?

can you suggest any other anitbodies to detect both light and heavy chain?
