I tried to find protocols for primarry culture of glial cells(i have to do it in bovine system) but atleast something based upon which i can start my standardisation will suffice,for neuronal culture weneed poly-d-lysine coating...what should we use here....any special medium?I have no access to paid journals and i cannot afford to get them online...so if anybody could help in this regard...kindly please...
