I have this error in my workstation varian cp-maitre after 5 years of use :unable to open this instrument because there are no system suitability lisences available. please contact the system administrator".
please I need your assistance

Estos trabajando con CH3CN/H2O con gradiente 55%-100% con una mezcla EPA de HAPs (HidrocARBUROS AROMATICOS POLICICLICOS) DESPUES Q inyecte la mezcla se separaron muy bien los 16 compuestos al dia siguiente los primeros salen pero a los 30 min salen varios amontonados y otros como picos muy gruesos y con siz-zag al tope.

I am using NH2 column. I wanted to wash it and use methanol and acetonitrile. But during the washing the column pressure increased upto 3500 psi. Where is the problem

I am using 80:10:10 acetonirile, methanol , and Ethyl acetate, suddenly i just observed that there are no peaks.What may be the possible cause and solution.

Im in the HPLC learning process! How much difference would it make to my sample if my mobile phase was 100% ACN or 90:10 (ACN: h2O).
I know the water is a weaker solvent than ACN. Im using a method which used 90:10 but my peaks are a little better at 100%
