i got over sound at pump head: what is the problem

first you check the filter is it dip in bottle or not? and another is your filter containing air bubble so sonicate your filter in methanol.

Not able to open this document. Has it been removed. Have problems with baseline in gradient elution. Baseline goes down as buffer B (50% AcN) is increased????
