Hi,
im doing a research on SMD and im required to download the original data for tumor and non tumor catagories and apply image processing and find a pattern, i have 2 question ; can i use the tiff file alone without gps and gpr? and what do ch1 and ch2 refer to in tiff files , can i use one or are they complementary for each other?

Hello,

I want to label the amplicons (91) by Cy3 dye for microarray studies.
I have two choices:either i can mix the amplicons all together and
then label it or individually labelling the amplicons and then mixing
it. I was wondering that up to how much extend the signal intensity
(after hybridization) would differ for these two cases.
I will appreciate for your comments or if anyone can refer any
reference about it.

Anyone know about using polymer microarrays in biocompatibility assessment of materials for medical devices any publications relating to this in connection with using array technologies as a surrogate for in vivo preclinical evaluation of medical devices used in implants.

Hi,
iam a phd student working the gene expression of host macrophage in disease condition and after treatment , but during cDNA direct labeling i not geting good labeling although RNA quality is good its good band on 1.2% gel and 260/280 1.98 and 260/230 ratios 2.23 anyboday can help me.
