References through the internet suggest that the Single Stand Conformation Polymorphism technique is widely used for the NF1 gene analysis, We are a Government of Maharashtra Organisation setting up a state-of-the art lab here in Pune. We request you to send us the protocols for the SSCP and related techniques which will help us in setting the technique in our lab. We look forward for your kind cooperation in future too.
