Fast PCR primer design and sequencing software

* Standard, inverse and long PCR - Locates optimal primers for PCR, hybridisation, or sequencing.
* Multiplex/nested primers - Prints searched and selected primers over the sequence symbolically and selected primers in tabular format along with their cross-dimers.
* Degenerate PCR directly on amino acid sequence.
* In Silico PCR - Prediction probable PCR products and search of position primer with mismatches.
* Manual Search- Allows researcher to set specific primer properties and locates all primers with these properties.
* Secondary structures - Analyses primers for self-dimers, cross-dimers with alignment and with the melting temperature calculation.
* False priming - Check primers for false priming with alignment and with the melting temperature calculation.
* Analyse existing primers - Paste in any primer sequence for analysis, check for its binding sites on sequence (Powerful Search tool and "in silico PCR").
* Primer quality - Unique way for determination of priming efficiency and PCR.
* Comprehensive primer report - Prints comprehensive report for pairs and individual primers.
* Segment-to-Segment sequence alignment. Minority consensus - generates consensus sequence using degenerate bases.
