EtOH ppt of DNA, whats wrong with this strategy?
There's got to be a reason for adding NaOAc to the aqueous DNA solution
BEFORE adding the EtOH. Is this an absolute necessity?

I think the salt has the co-function in the DNA ppt, and the salt that can not dissolute in the EtOH can make the pellet bigger and easier to see. Rating: n/a
