DNA-binding protein
I have a novel protein which is localized to the cell nucleus. I would
like to see if it binds any DNA or RNA. The DNA mobility shift assay or
the yeast 1-hybrid assay is meant to look for a protein that binds to a
particular DNA seq. It is not ... ...

I would like to known how contaminated protein occured from total RNA extraction, interferes DNA-total RNA hybridization signal. The DNA is denatured radioactively labeled PCR product and the total RNA was blotted onto positive charged membrane. |
