  • to provide miRNA gene hunters with unique names for novel miRNA genes prior to publication of results
  • to provide a searchable database of published miRNAs

    Database is excelent.. i am also starting to desgin the MicroRNA databse according to my own knowledge. but results was came different.. how much of sequence lenth miRNA considered i mean nucleotide sequence in between __to__?
