G1/S Phase Block for Cell Synchronization

This is a protocol using aphidicolin to synchronize whole culture cells in G1/S phase. The amount of aphidicolin (and the time of exposure) may vary depending on the cell line you are working with. (Andrew Murray, Harvard University)
