I want to isolate mRNA from human B-Lymphocyte cell lines. Could somebody
suggest some mRNA isolation kits which has given good yields. I will be
using the mRNA for RT-PCR. ... ...

TRIZOL and RNeasy give total RNA, not mRNA. You will have to do an extra purification step for mRNA.

I used to use TRIZOL



But now i became a big fan of RNeasy of QIAGEN



it may look expensive but it's worthwhile
