1. SDS extraction followed by acetone precipitation.
2. Phenol extraction followed by methanolic ammonium acetate precipitation.

Hola, me gustaría saber a que temperatura se pueden guardar las muestras de proteínas por mucho tiempo sin que se deterioren... ¿menos 20 o menos 80 grados centigrados?

the protocol is a good one for the IEF gels, but use of phenol to precipitate protein s in DNA extrction protocols is a good method because it is really useful in theextraction of protein plant tissue samples with poor protein concentrtion .
