I am working on corneal epithelial stem cells. The problem I am facing during culture is bacterial contamination due to this either growth become static or I have to through the culture. Basically I am doing primary culture for this frist I wash the sample with 1% betadine for 5 mins then antibiotic solution for 5 min and at last with 0.3% gatifloxacin. I am also using gentamicin and penicillin- streptomycin in the culture but still not able to eliminate bacterial contamination. Please help me regarding this. |
