General Tips To Make Cloning Easy!

A general tips and guidance on subcloning (EZ clone system) from Flemington lab at Tulane University.

vector cut with two different restriction enzymes) over non-directional cloning approaches (cloning
into single enzyme digested + phosphatase treated vector).
