Please, be so kind and help me!
I have a problem with the results of the alkaline comet assay. When whole human blood was treated with some substance longer the two hours (at +37 oC in the thermostate), comet tails are longer and heads are not spheric in shape, and are not bright and shine. They looks like clusters!
