CSF sampling

HI guys,
IM azim, looking forward to take Cerebrospinal fluid from Rat. Could someone have an idea how to do that and what the easiest way to get this kind of fluid? Thanking you. Azim

That's not very funny! I hope you are more serious about obtaining cerebrospinal fluid than that.

Azim, I dunno the technique unfortunately. By the way, you may get information from google serach engine.

Lumbar punction is the way to get CSF. There are some tech articles on performing intrathecal injection and you can look up in pubmed.
