i am the student of biotect and doing project on pcr(gene amplification),but i am getting stuck while isolating genomic dna from e.coli,though dna is being isolated but while undergoing electrophoresis dna is either running after bromophenol blue or remain in the well.i hv isolated using SDS,phenol/chloroform/isoamylalchol,phenol/chloroform.now plz advice how to extract dna.
