I was doing isolation of RNA from dendrobium flower buds(Sonia 17).I did more than ten times using different protocols like guanidium thiocynate methode ,hot phenol extraction etc.nothing work properly and then real wonder occurs when i see the gel.(1.4 % agarose,EDB ,5 hrs).only one month remains to get over my thesis i dont know wht to do........please any one can tell a good protocol for isolating RNA from ORCHID FLOWER BUDS.........PLEASE
